If you select the free cancellation option, you can cancel your reservation up to 23:59 (11:59 PM) on the day before your visit, no questions asked. You can do so via our App (available for iOS and Android) by simply entering your ticket details via the Wallet tab and clicking on ‘Cancel your order’. You can also cancel via the "manage booking" button in the email confirmation.
