You can reschedule your reservation via our App (available for iOS and Android) or order confirmation email.

Access the tickets that you wish to reschedule via the Wallet tab in the App and click on the 'Reschedule' option. 

You can also reschedule via the "Manage booking" button in the confirmation email. If this is not shown, it isn’t unfortunately possible to change your tickets.
