How can I request a refund by myself via email or app?

With Tiqets, it’s possible to request a refund for your tickets if you have added a free cancellation option to your order or if the refund policy allows a refund/cancellation. If a refund/cancellation is not possible via the app, unfortunately this means your order is not changeable.


See below for a detailed explanation of how to request a cancellation/refund:


1. Cancelling via your email address:

  • Open your email order confirmation. The subject of the email is “Your ticket(s) for (Venue name)(order number: xxxxxxxxx)”.

  • Click on the Manage Booking link underneath the policy information. If this is not shown, unfortunately it isn’t possible to cancel your tickets.

  • Select Cancel your order in the Manage your booking section. 

  • Select the tickets you wish to cancel out of the list of orders, if you purchased more than one.
     

  • If all the steps were followed correctly, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your booking.




2. Cancelling via the Tiqets App:

  • Go to your Tiqets App and navigate to the Wallet tab

  • Click on your tickets

  • Scroll down and click on Cancel your order (At the bottom of the page). Select the reasons and click on cancel my order


  • If all the steps were followed correctly, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your booking


We highly recommend that you first double-check the time period during which cancellations for your order are valid. This information is provided in your email confirmation.
