With Tiqets, it’s possible to request a refund for your tickets if you have added a free cancellation option to your order or if the refund policy allows a refund/cancellation. If a refund/cancellation is not possible via the app, unfortunately this means your order is not changeable.
See below for a detailed explanation of how to request a cancellation/refund:
1. Cancelling via your email address:
Open your email order confirmation. The subject of the email is “Your ticket(s) for (Venue name)(order number: xxxxxxxxx)”.
Click on the Manage Booking link underneath the policy information. If this is not shown, unfortunately it isn’t possible to cancel your tickets.
Select Cancel your order in the Manage your booking section.
Select the tickets you wish to cancel out of the list of orders, if you purchased more than one.
If all the steps were followed correctly, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your booking.
2. Cancelling via the Tiqets App:
Go to your Tiqets App and navigate to the Wallet tab
Click on your tickets
Scroll down and click on Cancel your order (At the bottom of the page). Select the reasons and click on cancel my order
If all the steps were followed correctly, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your booking
