Only Tiqets customers can get assistance from our customer service team. If you booked via our website or app, you should have received a charge from Tiqets International, together with an email and an SMS confirmation stating your order number/reference ID. If you don't have a confirmation or a reference ID, please verify whether the recipient of your transaction is indeed Tiqets before contacting our customer service.
