I lost my ticket/card/pass. Can I get a replacement or refund?

Tiqets is not responsible for tickets being lost once the voucher has been exchanged. You can try to go back to the location where you exchanged your voucher and explain the situation to the staff; however, we cannot guarantee that a replacement will be possible. Please note that refunds under these circumstances are not possible. If you have travel insurance, we advise you to try and reach out to your insurance provider.
