I didn’t use my tickets and the date is passed - can I get a refund?

If you were not able to use your tickets due to external or extraordinary circumstances (e.g. the attraction being closed), please make sure you request your refund as soon as possible and no later than 3 months after your visit date. If there were no external or extraordinary circumstances at play, unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded once the cancellation request deadline is passed.
